Observational appearance of magnetic field reconnections of spherically-symmetric accretion of magnetized plasma onto a black hole is studied. Spectral and temporal properties of accelerated particles emission are discussed. Total efficiency of such mechanism of gravitational energy-to-radiation conversion is shown to be comparable to efficiency of quasithermal background flow emission. Possible applications of this process to search for single stellar mass black holes are discussed.
