Following the Fermi-LAT detection of a GeV flare from the flat spectrum radio quasar PKS B0906+015 on 2010 April 08 (ATel #2543), Swift Target of Opportunity observations were performed on 2010 April 18. The Swift X-ray telescope (XRT) was operated in photon counting mode during a 3 ksec exposure, the UV/Optical Telescope (UVOT) was using the U filter. An absorbed power law fit to the observed XRT spectrum of the source gives a photon index of 1.38 ±0.12, and a (0.3-10) keV flux of (6.2 ±0.8)x10-12 ergs/cm2/s.
