The intensity distribution of emission beams, and a new radio luminosity formula of pulsars based on the geometrical relations of the polar cap model are presented. New radio luminosity values for 102 pulsars are presented, and it is shown that radio luminosity can be described by a single relation over the entire range of periods and period derivatives, which is contrary to other recently suggested luminosity laws.
