Uniformly accelerated analogs of the stationary, axially symmetric 2n-soliton solutions of the vacuum Einstein equations, obtained from flat space-time, are discussed and the 'static' case is studied in detail. The C-metric occurs as the n equals 1 solution, while the Bonnor-Swaminarayan (1964) solution occurs as a certain n equals infinity limit.
