Data are presented identifying the CO and IR cirrus emission associated with concentrations of H I gas within a high-velocity cloud (HVC) A in Ursa Major (UMa) and a HVC CI B in Draco. It is found that H I concentrations within HVC A in UMa are associated with CO clouds estimated to be about 100 pc away, but the HVCs offset from the CO structures by about 5 deg on the sky. It is suggested that H I was swept out of the CO clouds about 100,000 yrs ago to create the HVCs. A similar phenomenon in Draco involved HVCs and IR cirrus clouds; the distance to the HVCs can be related to the nearby dust. A mean age of 200,000 yrs is found for these HVCs.
