The method and results of photometry of photographs of Mars are presented which were obtained with interference light filters in the Kude focus of the two-meter telescope of the Shemakhinsk Astrophysical Observatory during the great opposition of 1971. Photometric charts of Mars were plotted for six narrow regions of the visible and near-ultraviolet regions of the spectrum. The contrasts of details of the Martial surface were determined from them. The results of absolute spectral observations of the central continent region of the Martian disk and the characteristics of the marginal violet clouds which were observed in August of 1971 are presented.
