The gamma-ray flux emitted in a baryon-symmetric universe as a consequence of galaxy-antigalaxy collisions is calculated. This flux turns out to be three orders of magnitude higher than the observed value. This confirms that the typical extent of an anti-matter condensation in such a model cannot be less than the size of a cluster of galaxies.
