Scientific paper

The paper determines directions of particle energy fluxes and particle flux densities on the basis of steady-state power-law distributions of radiation and relativistic electrons for a plasma turbulent reactor, which serves as a model of a discrete source of cosmic radio waves. Normalized constants are obtained in the electron distribution, parametrized by the flux. It is found that the particle flux is directed to the high-energy region of the spectrum, while the total energy flux over the spectrum of electrons and photons is directed to the low-energy region. Partial energy fluxes of electrons or photons may have opposite directions.
