The Bragg crystal spectrometer on board ANS observed several types of cosmic object during its one year of operation. Final results are presented for the data analysis of the observations made on the X-ray nova A0620-00, Cygnus X-1, X-2, and X-3, GX 5-1, GX 17+2, 4U 1957+11, the Crab Nebula, Cas A and Tycho SNR, the Perseus, Virgo, and Coma clusters of galaxies. No positive line detection was achieved. Three-sigma upper limits are reported for discrete line emission from these objects and compared with line strengths inferred from proportional-counter or other Bragg-spectrometer data. In general, the results are the most stringent upper limits reported up to now, e.g., a 1.0-eV 3-sigma upper limit in the case of A0620-00, which is an order of magnitude lower than previous measurements made by other satellites.
