The semi-period-luminosity-color relation for 32 B- to G-type supergiants is determined using bolometric corrections and evolutionary tracks for massive stars. Empirical calibrations based on the HR diagram give semi-periods from 5-100 days. The pulsation quantity is determined for each star, which is found to vary within a range comparable to that of M-type stars. An oscillatory mechanism is proposed as the driving force behind the supergiant variability.
