A theoretical model, based on simple and fundamental concepts of classical mechanics, is presented. It describes the possible historical evolution of the inclination angles of the planetary axes of rotation, with respect to the normal to orbital planes. Owing to the model structure, reasonable agreement with observational facts is expected, especially for the outer and giant planets.
