Homogeneous isotropic cosmologies in the presence of a cosmological
'constant' are studied in the scale covariant theory. A class of
solutions is obtained for k = 0 for models filled with dust, radiation
or stiff matter. For k not equal to 0, solutions are presented for the
radiation models.
