The H-alpha emission observed in 33 RS CVn binaries is reported. The emission features of HD 8357, HD 175742, and HR 7428 are described in detail, and the H-alpha emission from six other systems that show persistent or occasional emission are briefly described and analyzed. HD 8357 is found to have a double spectrum; the radial velocity curves of the two components and their mass ratios are reported. The remaining 24 systems show absorption features in their H-alpha profiles, but their equivalent widths are considerably smaller than standard stars of similar spectral type.
