A color-magnitude diagram has been derived for the Galactic cluster Lynga 6, on the basis of CCD photometric observations carried out using the SAAO-UCL CCD camera on the 1.0-m Sutherland telescope. The photometric accuracy observations was near 0.01 mag at V = 19-20. The true distance modulus for Lynga 6 is estimated, yielding a value of 11.5 + or - 0.3. Estimates of the magnitude in violet of the 10.8-day Cepheid variable TW Nor yielded a value of (Mv) = 3.8 + or - 0.3. TW Nor appears to be a member of the Lynga 6 cluster. An identification chart of the cluster is provided.
