We present a detailed analysis of the ISM in the nearby spiral galaxy NGC 4395, using interferometric HI observations complemented by 20cm radio continuum, H-alpha, and X-ray data. The HI distribution is riddled with holes; we show that some may be caused by massive stars. However, not all observed holes in NGC 4395 exhibit such behavior, and may be due simply to a clumpy ISM. We find a striking example where we see strong spatial correlation between diffuse X-ray emission, 20cm radio continuum emission, and an HI hole. We also present the HI rotation curve and velocity field of the galaxy.
