Ways of reconstructing images with space arrays are discussed. With 2 apertures, the 0.1" field makes it difficult to obtain phase information, but the readily available multicolor phases can help phaseless reconstruction algorithms. With three or more apertures, phases are obtained through phase-closure algorithms. A four aperture system for a first generation optical array in space is recommended to reduce observation time.
