The behaviour of Wλ, Rc, Δλ (1/2) and vr parameters of "stationary" and "relativistic" emission lines and absorption ("blue" and "red") components of "stationary" H and He I lines in the spectrum of SS433 during the large optical flare (Δm ≡ 0m.8) from July 13 to 20 was studied. It is shown that the optical flare was accompanied by considerable changes of intensities, widths, depths and radial velocities of all the lines in the spectrum of SS433. Essential differences in the character of the radial velocity, profile and intensity variations of the positive (H+, He I+) and negative (H-, He I-) systems of "relativistic" lines are noted. Evidences are given in favour of the fact that the explosion occurred in the central parts of the disk near the compact component of the system and was accompanied by a disk envelope collapse and by an increase of relativistic jets activity.
