A simple model of H-alpha luminosity of type II SNe, powered by Co-56 - Fe-56 decay, is used here as a 'standard' model to analyze the observed H-alpha luminosity of the SNe. Three of the six SNe type II with known fluxes are found to have strong excesses of the H-alpha flux over the radioactive model at late times. The link of this excess, presumably due to ejcta-wind interaction, with other signatures attributed to the dense wind is found. The H-alpha profile of SN 1987F with extremely strong excess is found to display signs of the radiative inner shock wave. The wind density in SN 1987F is estimated and implications are discussed.
