The Pan-STARRS prototype Telescope No. 1 (PS1) and the Pan-STARRS full array of telescopes (PS4) will each have an unprecedented 7 square degree field of view imaged with a 1.4 Gigapixel Camera using Orthognal Transfer CCDs (OTCCDs) for on-chip fast guiding and image stabilization. The OTCCDs have 10 micron pixels or 0.26 arcseconds on the sky. PS1 is scheduled for first light in spring of 2006, starting with a 350 megapixel camera,Test Camera 3 (TC3), followed by GPC1, the 1.4 gigapixel camera. We will present the latest results on: Lot 1 and 2 OTCCD Device status, testing, and performance; the prototype and latest version Controller performance; the TC3 and GPC1 Cryostat status; and camera software. Both TC3 and GPC1 cameras will have Shack-Hartmann and curvature wavefront sensing capabilities, these will also be presented. The Pan-STARRS Cameras are underdevelopment at the Institute for Astronomy in collaboration with Lincoln Laboratories, and the project includes contributions from the Maui High Performance Computing Center, SAIC, and AFRL.
