Scientific paper

The opportunity of using wide (order and more than 100 km/s) absorption lines of doublet Mg II 2800, formed in the regions of planetary nebulae with fast collimated outflows, and probably revealed on a background of a short-wave side of Balmer's continuum of a spectrum, as indicators of such flows is discussed. With this purpose, on the base of existing analytical (dynamical) models of isothermal mass-loaded flows as well as numerical (photoionizational) models of planetary nebulae, theoretical profiles in Sobolev's approximation are calculated and their dependence on some parameters is shown. The advantage of the method is in the opportunity of revealing of fast outflows in a weak star-like planetary nebulae.
