Polarization observations are made on the OH masers in W33 B at two transition frequencies. From the Zeeman splitting between the right and left circular polarizations, a magnetic field of 5 mG is inferred. Using a spherical model of uniform pumping and saturation emission, the molecular hydrogen density of the protostellar matter in the maser active region is estimated to be 3 x 10 to the 7th/cu cm.
