For the last 8 years, The California, Carnegie, and Anglo-Australian Planet Search has been surveying 1300 FGKM dwarfs for exoplanets by measuring precision radial velocities using the the iodine cell technique at the Keck, Lick, and Anglo-Australian Observatories. To date, we have detected 111 planets in that sample. In addition, we have measured and found orbital solutions for another 42 planets orbiting stars, such as 51 Peg, which are not on our original sample but were added after planet detections by other programs. Many of these 153 planets have had no velocities or orbital solutions published since their initial annoucement. Here, we present updated orbits for these planets and discuss the properties of the entire sample of known exoplanets. We present these data in anticipation of the publication of our archive of velocities of known planet-bearing stars.
