Emission-line profiles are calculated on the basis of the recently proposed narrow emission line region model of Schiano (1986). A Monte Carlo-type calculation is used to determine emission-line profiles of an ensemble of photo-ionized interstellar clouds in a supersonic, thermal wind. These theoretical line profiles are shown to agree favorably with observations.
