SWIRE is the largest of the Spitzer extragalactic surveys, encompassing enough volume at z=2.5 to include over 80 CDM halos massive enough to host the richest galaxy clusters of today. We have searched the SWIRE U-band through 160 micron 12-band optical/infrared catalogs of over 2 million galaxies to identify the most luminous and massive rare ULIRG candidates at redshift greater than 1, using photometric redshift techniques based on detailed source characterization and type classification. The Spitzer IRAC bands can be used to successfully classify star formation-dominated massive z=1-3 ULIRGs, identified by the the rest frame 1.6 micron peak of evolved stars redshifting into one of those bands, while power-law or torus-like IRAC-24 micron colors identify AGN-dominated ULIRGs. The brightest ULIRG samples are AGN-dominated while starbursts increase dramatically in importance in the fainter samples. We present luminosity functions for the starburst-dominated z>1.5 samples. Ongoing work involves determination of mass functions, environment and clustering amplitudes.
