Variations of amplitude 0.1 mag or less and characteristic time 100-1000 s in the light of V 351 Ori are investigated, analyzing data from UB observations obtained with accumulation times 1, 3, 9, and 10 s at the 50-cm reflector of the Principal Astronomical Observatory during 1978-1983. The data are presented in tables and graphs, and a quasi-periodic component with greater amplitude in U than in B is detected. This variation has period 326 + or - 4 s and U amplitudes ranging from 0.06 mag when V 351 Ori is at normal light to 0.15 mag when V 351 Ori is at minimum light, 1.6 mag (V) below normal.
