A non-LTE calculation of the simultaneous solution of equations of radiative transfer and statistical equilibrium is carried out for hydrogen and calcium. Based on the calculated results of a series of flare models, the paper investigates the effect of the CaII K line by microturbulence, the temperature minimum region and the transition region. A semi-empirical flare model was constructed that reproduced both the observed H-alpha and CaII K line profiles.
