The existence of Super-GZK particles, cosmic rays above 1020 eV, was well established by the AGASA experiment. However, its nature is still in mystery. We will discuss the interest and the importance of the highest energy cosmic-ray measurement and report the latest results of AGASA. The status of telescope array project and R&D results will be also presented. .
