Optimal methods of reconstructing and averaging the experimental function as well as zero-crossing spectral analysis are used to obtain values of periods of all known short-period tidal waves. During the analysis of the long-period components, a 435-day period was discovered for the first time in tilt-meter measurements with a probability of 99 percent. It is proposed that this fact be interpreted within the framework of extending the description of the Laplace tidal force by introducing additional terms which correspond to perturbations of the orbital motion of the body under consideration.
