Estimates of the tidal radius of an open star cluster (OSC) in the joint field of the Galaxy and the gas-star complex (GSC) are presented. The complex's mass is about 10 to the 7th solar masses. The clusters moving together with the GSC and the clusters leaving the GSC have tidal sizes that are less by factors of 1.5-2.5 and 1.2-1.25, respectively, than the clusters affected by the Galaxy field alone. Consideration is given to the influence of the gravitational field of the local system on the OSC's tidal sizes as one of the possible causes of the dependence of their linear diameters on galactocentric distances in the solar neighborhood.
