Results are presented of observations of the internal stellar kinematics of three low-surface-brightness dwarf ellipticals in the Local Group: NGC 147, NGC 185, and NGC 205. The results suggest that dwarf elliptical galaxies may be in general not rotationally flattened. Approximate values are derived for the blue mass-to-light, M/L(B), ratios using King's (1966) method, showing that in all three objects, the mass-to light ratios have similar values of M/L(B) equal to about 7.
