The association of the gamma-ray source Geminga with the peculiar X-ray source 1E0630+178 has been confirmed through the discovery of a 237-msec periodicity in the latter's soft X-ray emission. A comparison is presently made between a 1992 image of Geminga's proposed optical counterpart, G-double-prime, with data obtained in 1984 and 1987; the proper motion is 0.17 arcsec/year, consistent with the identification of G-double-prime as a neutron star at a distance of about 100 pc and confirming it as Geminga's optical counterpart.
