A determination of the H I spin temperature of the galactic H I cloud with very narrow 21-cm emission lines at galactic longitude 226 deg and latitude 44 deg discovered by Verschuur (1969) is reported. Observations of the 21-cm absorption line were obtained in the direction of the two-component radio source 3C 225.0, and spin temperatures were derived by means of a simple transfer model. The cold spin temperature of approximately 20 K obtained by Knapp and Verschuur (1972) is confirmed; however, no OH or CO emission lines are observed.
