The inner motions, outflows, and rotations of dense cores with and without sources are characterized. It is concluded that the thermal factor is not the dominant factor in the broadening of spectral line from dense core, with the exception of NH3 lines. Outflows in the low-mass star-formation regions show rich characteristics and can be responsible for the enhanced line widths in NH3 cores and a significant portion of the enhanced line widths in CO regions.
