The dependence of luminosity and other energy characteristics on pulsar parameters for objects with periods P equal to or greater than 1 s and P less than 1 s is analyzed. Pulsars of the first group are shown to have, on the average, lower luminosities but larger coefficients of conversion of rotational energy into radio emission. Short-period pulsars exhibit a high correlation between luminosity and magnetic-field strength near the light cylinder, as well as between luminosity and inclination of the magnetic axis to the rotation axis. These correlations are consistent with predictions of the model of emission generation in pulsars with short periods in the vicinity of the light cylinder.
