Three-Body Problem: Periodic Orbits, Numerical Methods: Periodic Orbits

Scientific paper

The authors perform analysis of those periodic orbits which are
symmetrical with respect to the (x,y)-plane. Operating successive
corrections upon the initial data in order to make the solution of the
motion equations system periodic involves an iterative procedure which
is pointed out. The results are illustrated by a numerical application.
