Measurements have been conducted on six plates centered on alpha = 20 h, delta = 32 deg 30 arcmin, of which four were obtained with one telescope and the remaining two with another, in order to determine proper motions for all of the objects common to the six exposures. Attention is given to the results obtained with the plates taken through an objective prism, the reduction of the measurements, the derivation of proper motions by means of calculations, the problem posed by internal errors, and the relationship of the present results to the Yale Catalog.
