The optical objects near the positions of the radio sources 1210 + 121
and 1620 + 103 are galactic stars, rather than radio-quiet BL Lacertae
objects (McIlwrath and Stannard, 1980). Whether radio-quiet BL Lac
objects exist remains an open question at present.
