From a deep survey at 5 GHz covering 27 sq deg, new identifications are
suggested for 19 radio sources, 17 with galaxies and two with QSOs. The
identifications were made principally from a deep IIa-F taken on the UK
1.2-m Schmidt telescope. Only a few per cent of sources with S(5 GHz)
less than 100 mJy can be identified with QSOs.
