Pamir data on electron-photon cascades in superhigh-energy cosmic rays, measured using X-ray emulsion carbon chambers, are examined. Data on the relative intensities of families with energies not less than 100 TeV are analyzed, and hadron number distributions are compared. It is shown that the upper intensity limit of 'Centaur' type events identified in the Pamir experiment amounts to 0.0012 sq m/year.
