Experimental data on 212 gamma families with an energy of 100-200 TeV and 134 families with an energy of 200-400 TeV are analyzed. It is found that there exist structural gamma families, such as those of binocular type, which might be associated with the generation of quark-gluon jets. The share of such events is 5-10%. The transverse momenta of the jets are of the order of several GeV/s. It is thus necessary that the formation of a significant number of jets with high transverse momenta be taken into account in model descriptions of the spatial structure of gamma families.
