The emission spectrum of gaseous ZrO was obtained using a King-type furnace and a Fourier transform spectrometer. A rotational and vibrational analysis has been made of a system extending from 0.96 to 1.21 μm, the identity of the new B1II-A1Δ system and establishing Te(A1Δ)= 5904.19 cm-1 above the ground state for 90ZrO.
