Scientific paper

An expression is obtained for the probability of production of neutrino
pairs by an electron in an ultrastrong magnetic field (e.g., the field
of a star). Results are obtained on the basis of exact solutions of the
Dirac equation in a magnetic field in the low-energy approximation of
the Weinberg-Salam model.
