This report summarizes the Association of Lunar and Planetary Observers
(ALPO) Solar Section observations for Rotations 1844-1849 in terms of
the morphology and development of sunspot groups. Sixteen observers from
five countries contributed visual drawings and photographs in
integrated- and Hydrogen-alpha light.
