The luminosities and colors of young open clusters with known ages in the range 5 x 10 to the 6th yr to 7 x 10 to the 8th yr are determined by direct integration of the fluxes of individual members, and extrapolation to fainter members. The integrated UBV colors are then compared with those given by theoretical models. In addition, integrated luminosities and colors in the RIK bandwidths and at 1600 A are obtained. Results show an increasing dispersion toward long wavelengths in the color-age and in color-(B-V) diagrams. For example, it is found that the normalized fluxes of the Pleiades cluster are fainter and redder than expected.
