This proposal will be used to take a dark exposure and a CAL lamp exposure to verify the science data interfaces and the proper functioning of the FOS. This must be preceeded by verification that the FOS ION gauge pressure reading is less than 1E-5 Torr. This activity must also be accomplished before any other use of the HV with the FOS RED detector.
