Axisymmetrical, time-independent thin alpha -disk differential equations are solved. Only thermal disks are discussed, cooled by Comptonized thermal bremsstrahlung, probably with external soft photon input. Transonic solutions including advection effects are obtained to get consistent global disk structures. Results are compared with those by different authors using various assumptions. Possible applications to hard X-ray sources are discussed.
