Halley Comet, Spectral Analysis

In the spring of 1910 Donitch obtained in Dubasarii-Vechi(Bessarabia) 6
photographs of the Halley comet spectrum, one of which gave a rich
material on the physical and chemical state of the comet. He used for
this purpose a spectrograph with the objective prism mounted on the
small refractor of the Observatory instead of a telescope.
