A review of the progress in modelling of turbulence in geo-astrophysical
flows is presented, showing the important roles of buoyancy and rotation
as well as magnetic forces in astrophysics. The mixing in the
atmosphere, in the ocean. Convective processes in the sun and other
examples will be presented.
