During an INTEGRAL Galactic Plane Scan (GPS) the transient X-ray pulsar SWIFT J1626.6-5156 was observed by IBIS in 4 pointing on 2006-01-21 lasting from 03:05:07 to 05:42:11 (UTC) and by JEM-X in one pointing on 2006-01-21 04:24:54 for 2208 seconds. In the 20-40 keV mosaic image of IBIS (~8620 s) the source was detected at a significance level of 12 sigma. The maximum flux value corresponds to 29 mCrab.
