We have measured the IRAC colors of the diffuse emission in the Galactic
First Look Survey are presented. We interpret these colors with ISO
spectra and a model to constrain the ionization state and mean size of
PAHs. Our analysis suggests that PAHs are larger in the diffuse
interstellar medium than in the reflection nebula NGC7023.
